3.8 is a couple of years old and more recent versions have improvements in the expired password handling. Does the problem you're experiencing still exist in 4.2p1? Also, since you're having problems with the packages supplied by HP (which have their own modifications) then you need to ask them for help. If you can reproduce the problem with 4.2p1 built from the source available from http://openssh.com then please reopen this bug. Change all RESOLVED bug to CLOSED with the exception of the ones fixed post-4.4. |
