Somewhere between 4.1p1 an 4.3p2, the -i option for sshd "broke".

I built 4.3p2 using the same options as 4.1p1 on Solaris 9.  I use the same configuration files for both versions

4.3p2 produces the following syslog message when executed via inetd :

Inorder to avoid posting "useless" infomation, I will wait to hear from you regarding what other information you may want to track down this bug.

This is a known bug in 4.3p2. There is a patch (Attachment #1107 [details]) on bug #1179 that fixes the problem, it will be in openssh-4.4

Change all RESOLVED bug to CLOSED with the exception of the ones fixed post-4.4.
