Description vipme 2001-12-05 02:31:50 AEDT
The sftp server and sftp on remote server are the same version.
{centaurus} zex #2 16:23 [~/cd2]> ssh -V
OpenSSH_2.9p2, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090602f

I was first crc check 50 files on server before i sftp them to other server.
After that I transfer 50 files on other server and then run crc check.
File no 43 had crc error!

After that i was repeat the same test but this time with other CD.
File no:23 was broken..
I will try to check on other servers with new ssh 3.02 and send reports again...

do you have more information? are the files truncated? empty? modified?
Comment 2 vipme 2001-12-11 21:07:53 AEDT
All files are the same size 15000 and files size is not changed. They are not
truncated or changed. When I try to unrar them, unrar reports CRC error.
When i try to unrar the same files on first server before I sftp them
everything goes well.

Can you reproduce the problem by transferring the same files again?
