here are the configuration patches for the new machine NEC SX6.
also, are patches to configure.ac, config.h.in, openbsd-compat/base64.c and 
openbsd-compat/base64.h to resolve the "have b64_ntop() but not b64_pton()"
problem.

Applied - thanks. Please, please, please attach patches in Unified (diff -u)
format, they are much easier to read.
