I discover a strange problem in OpenSSH 3.8p1 running on HP-UX Platform.

I found that the time of the login activity logged 
in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log ios not correct.
e.g.

Apr  5 22:49:58 SYSTEM_NAME sshd[21267]: Accepted keyboard-interactive/pam for 
USER_NAME from IP_ADDRESS port 1103 ssh2
[/@SYSTEM_NAME] $ date
Tue Apr  6 10:51:39 EAT 2004
