This is a tracking bug to group together all the real bugs that we would like to
fix for the as-yet-unnumbered OpenSSH Portable release *following* 3.9.

Please do not comment on or change this bug. Discussion should be held on the
openssh-unix-dev@mindrot.org mailing list.

(This is to catch the bugs that ought to be dealt with in the next release, but
missed 3.9 for whatever reason.  It's not a set-in-stone guarantee, just the
current plan.)

The next release will be OpenSSH 4.0.

Given that there is no working patch for bug #52, I don't see any way it could
be considered for this release.

Change all RESOLVED bug to CLOSED with the exception of the ones fixed post-4.4.
