This is a tracking bug to group together all the real bugs that we would like to
fix for the as-yet-unnumbered OpenSSH Portable release after 4.0.

Please do not comment on or change this bug. Discussion should be held on the
openssh-unix-dev@mindrot.org mailing list.

(This is to catch the bugs that ought to be dealt with in the next release, but
missed 4.0 for whatever reason.  It's not a set-in-stone guarantee, just the
current plan.)

The next release will be 4.1 (and has already been tagged in OpenBSD, so
anything requiring changes there won't be in 4.1).

OpenSSH 4.1 and 4.1p1 have been released.

Change all RESOLVED bug to CLOSED with the exception of the ones fixed post-4.4.
