This is a tracking bug to group together all the real bugs that we would like to
fix for the as-yet-unnumbered OpenSSH Portable release after 4.1.

Please do not comment on or change this bug. Discussion should be held on the
openssh-unix-dev@mindrot.org mailing list.

(This is to catch the bugs that ought to be dealt with in the next release, but
missed 4.1 for whatever reason.  It's not a set-in-stone guarantee, just the
current plan.)

I'm recycling this RELENG bug for 4.3 since (for various reasons) there wasn't a
lot of activity between 4.1 and 4.2.

Move out unfixed bugs in recent release to new tracking bug: bug #1155

Change all RESOLVED bug to CLOSED with the exception of the ones fixed post-4.4.
