Bug 1446

Summary: SunOS 4.1.4: wrong terminal options set at login
Product: Portable OpenSSH Reporter: River Tarnell <river>
Component: MiscellaneousAssignee: Assigned to nobody <unassigned-bugs>
Status: CLOSED WORKSFORME
Severity: normal CC: djm
Priority: P2
Version: 4.7p1
Hardware: SPARC
OS: SunOS

Description River Tarnell 2008-03-03 16:50:34 AEDT
when logging into SunOS 4.1.4 using SecureCRT 6.0.1, some terminal flags are not set: echoke, echoe, echoctl. most notably, this causes filename completion in 'csh' to not work correctly. when connecting via telnet or rlogin, they are set.

when connecting from NetBSD with OpenSSH, these flags are also set correctly, so this may be a SecureCRT-specific issue.

Could you please obtain a dump from a connection to a server in debug mode "sshd -ddd", especially the "ttymodes" lines?
