Change "521" to "512" bits

Just noticed when looking up how to make an ECDSA key that you apparently can do 521 bit keys, rather than 512.

First source I found to link: http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/src/usr.bin/ssh/ssh-keygen.1
("openssh-6.3 for release" in version.h at that repository as of writing)

I can only assume this is incorrect and that the documentation should state 512 bits instead.

I have no idea whether the patch is in a proper format for you to receive. But then again, it's tiny.

Haha, no never mind! I was just corrected as I was pressing submit. Apparently it _is_ 521. I apologise.
