Could you explain a little more what you are trying to do? scp doesn't take a 'f' option from users - it is not documented in the manual page and is only used internally to indicate that scp should be placed in server mode. scp -f is for internal use by scp only. It's one of the (many) unfortunate aspects of the scp protocol we can't change Set all RESOLVED bugs to CLOSED with release of OpenSSH 7.1 |
