Similar to NAWS(Negotiate About Window Size) in telnet client,is window resizing supported in ssh ???

First, the bug tracker isn't the place for general questions about SSH. Please use one of the mailing lists.

In answer to your question. SSH does support window size negotiation and changes, see http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4254#section-6.7

OpenSSH has supported this from the start.
