patch to add: as for smartcard pin/password/passphrase
Nils, could you please have a look at this patch? The patch #341 is deprecated, see: http://www.opensc.org/pipermail/opensc-devel/2003-July/001828.html Created attachment 374 [details]
revised patch to add pin support for ssh(1) without the ssh-agent
this has to be delayed for post-3.7 any updates ? still applies pretty cleanly to 4.2 ... Three years later bump? Could you please inform the OpenSC community what is the status of this bug. Is it true that a three year old patch was never applied. Smartcards are a mature technology? Can we verify pin or not? Patch by Nils in https://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=608#c4 still applies and works, the bug still exists. The old smartcard support has been replaced with PKCS#11 in OpenSSH 5.4. Mass move of bugs RESOLVED->CLOSED following the release of openssh-5.5p1 |
