Line 215 of the OpenSSH 3.0.2p1 Makefile fails on NeXTSTEP 3.1.  The line
begines with a TAB, followed by a '#' comment character.  That's not
acceptable to NeXTSTEP make.

A work-around is to remove the TAB so the '#' appears in column one.
