On building 3.7p1 on mpips irix 6.5.19f I get The source file "inet_ntoa.h" is
unavailable.

This file seems to have simply been left out.

The sshd still did not work

Look at bugs 650 (to correct the inet_ntoa.h problem) and 659 (to correct the
sshd disconnection problems)
