The symbols SETEUID_BREAKS_SETUID, BROKEN_SETREUID, and BROKEN_SETREGID are 
not defined by the configure script.

Thanks, patch applied to both HEAD and the 3.7 branch.  Please test tomorrow's
snapshot.
