OpenSSH is not a https server, it's an SSH server. Apart from that, you'll need to provide more information: "cannot connect" is not very specific. What kind of system is it? How did you install OpenSSH? Did you start the daemon? Exactly what error message does PuTTY give? no reply == closed bug |
