This is a feature request. On several occasions, I've found the need to use a
ssh connection that sends data in plain text without the ovhd of encryption.
Please add this feature to ssh in future releases of openssh.

877 is a discussion of this already.  However, I don't see it will happen since it has been rejected 
multiple times over the past few years.
