Pass the location of the Kerberos ticket cache created when you login with a 
user/password to PAM so it can be used by PAM session routines. This is 
similiar to bug #918 that passes a GSSAPI created cache.

OK, but KNF says that there should be a space after the comma :)

Change all RESOLVED bug to CLOSED with the exception of the ones fixed post-4.4.
