Due to an error in the AIX password expiry code, an invalid argument is passed
to buffer_append, which segfaults when checking the length of the buffer.

The patch has been applied and will be in tomorrow's snapshot, and the 4.1p1
release.

Change all RESOLVED bug to CLOSED with the exception of the ones fixed post-4.4.
