Description Jean-Pierre Radley 2005-06-20 13:54:03 AEST
The man page for ssh discusses Compression, and says it can be set in the
configuration file.

Yet for some reason, the supplied default sshd_config file is where
       # Compression yes
is displayed, as if it were a parameter to be set for sshd instead of ssh.

It is a parameter that can be set for sshd. Read "man sshd_config", search for
Compression.

Change all RESOLVED bug to CLOSED with the exception of the ones fixed post-4.4.
