I came across the term 'root' in man pages of OpenSSH. It would look more 
meaningful for all platforms if we use the term privileged user or super user 
instead of the term root. Is there any specific reason that OpenSSH should 
adhere to the term 'root' in the man pages.

root is well understood and brief, I don't think we will be changing

Change all RESOLVED bug to CLOSED with the exception of the ones fixed post-4.4.
