I would love a reverse connection option.
Eg:
sshd --connect host.domain.tld:4567 --timeout 60
ssh --listen 4567 --(other_opts)

Sorry, I think the work:benefit ratio is way too high for this. 

If you are trying to escape a firewall, you can achieve the effect that you are after using netcat and sshd in inetd mode.
