Add the -E option to scp.

Attached are two patches for building OpenSSH 4.7p1 on Mac OS X.

These patches add the -E option to scp , which preserves HFS+ extended attributes.

The command line options are effectively part of the scp protocol (such as it is) and we have no plans to change that.
