document '-S none' in ssh(1)

I had a user overlook the text in ssh_config(5) that explains how to disable connection sharing. Although there is a "more details" reference in place in ssh(1) already, this seems like quite a common requirement, and I think it would be helpful to repeat that part of the text in ssh(1) to make it obvious that you can use '-S none'.
