document that HashKnownHosts may break tab-completion

Some people use fancy shell completion scripts that use ~/.ssh/known_hosts to complete host names.  HashKnownHosts, of course, breaks this.  Personally I think this is an acceptable price to pay, but it would be helpful to document that this is a possibility so that people aren't caught out by it.

I don't think we should have to document the behaviour of extensions to third party software, especially given that (a) the implications should be obvious from the existing documentation and (b) the option must be explicitly enabled.
