Description heas 2015-01-29 07:16:08 AEDT
-q Quiet mode. Causes most warning and diagnostic messages to be
            suppressed.

But it also suppresses fatal errors, such as Connection Refused, Connection closed by remote host, Permission denied, etc.

It would be more appropriate for -q to be equivalent to "LogLevel ERROR".

There is a similar PR open with Debian.

Thanks
