AuthorizedKeysCommand enhancement

When dealing with a lot (I mean really a lot) of sshkeys for one user (like for a git service with only a generic "git" user), parsing AuthorizedKeysFile or using AuthorizedKeysCommand can be really slow.
Adding the fingerprint of the supplied key as an argument of the AuthorizedKeysCommand makes possible to select only the desired keys.
