As obsoleting SSHv1 protocol, there are still few places where we need to get rid of it. One of them is usage line in ssh-keygen, listing key types:

usage: ssh-keygen [-q] [-b bits] [-t dsa | ecdsa | ed25519 | rsa | rsa1]

This one is easy one.

Other places still offering SSHv1 protocol are manual pages, where it will be probably more complicated then just ifdef. Is there any plan about this one? Would some pre-processing using non-printable comments in the documentation source be feasible? This could also allow us to get rid of many obsolete configuration options that just confuse users today. This would probably need a new bug for Documentation.

SSH1 is long gone. RIP.
