Fix putty-transfer regression test

Commit dd369320d2435b630a5974ab270d686dcd92d024 broke the putty-transfer regression test, as seen in (for example):

  https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/unstable/amd64/o/openssh/20180115_041140/log.gz

This is because the test key file is still called putty.rsa2, not putty.rsa. There are of course various ways to fix this, but I've attached the one with the smallest diff, which passes regression tests on Debian and Ubuntu.
