The file permission of /etc/pam.d/sshd was
-rw-r--r-- 

But after we apply the patch openssh-7.5p1-3.25.x86_64.rpm,
the file permission is 
-rwxrwxrwx 

I think there could be problem with allocating unnecessary file permission.

What platform is this?  The OpenSSH team does not provide RPMs, this is likely something you'll need to take up with the supplier of the package.

This package is got from SUSE Linux 12 SP3. 
So do you mean taht I shall contact SUSE team?
