$ scp --version

So we can tell the version.

You can run "ssh -V" to get this information. We don't intend to add another flag for it, sorry.

Please mention that on the scp man page.

I think all man pages mention how to get the current version.

Though the user might think asking program A for the version of program B might have risks, it should still be documented.
