Dear Maintainer,

Niels gave his explicit permission to drop clause 3, the "advertising" clause, from his code.

This restores the GPL compatibility.

Request if the same can be updated.

I also filed a downstream bug in Debian but I agree that this should be addressed directly in this upstream project.

fixed in 158bf854e; will be in OpenSSH 8.9
