This is a tracking bug to group together all the real bugs that we would like to
fix before the release of portable OpenSSH 3.9

Please do not comment on or change this bug. Discussion should be held on the
openssh-unix-dev@mindrot.org mailing list.

(This is to catch the bugs that ought to be dealt with in the next release, but
missed 3.8.1 for whatever reason.  It's not a set-in-stone guarantee, just the
current plan.)

With the release of OpenSSH 3.9/3.9p1 this is now complete.
The release is available for download from
ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/OpenSSH/ and the release notes are available
at http://www.openssh.com/txt/release-3.9 .
