sshd is not respecting TZ variable when started on Irix 6.5.18. If I start the
previous version of sshd :

aku420 IRIX64  ssh aku465  ' echo $TZ; date'
AKST9AKDT
Thu Apr  8 11:32:35 AKDT 2004

After restarting the current versiona:

aku420 IRIX64  ssh aku465  ' echo $TZ; date'
 
Thu Apr  8 19:32:56 GMT 2004

I am looking at the code, but it is a bit over my head!
